Glen is a an experienced entrepreneur, finance executive, CPA, coach, and athlete. Glen has been building and advising companies for 30+ years as a CFO and VP of Finance. In addition to that experience, Glen is very active in the community as a youth soccer and basketball coach for almost 20 years. Glen founded PANDA Stronger in 2021

In addition to that experience, Glen is very active in the community as a youth soccer and basketball coach for almost 20 years. Glen founded PANDA Stronger in 2021 because he passionately believes there is a better and more affordable way for athletes to develop and schools and clubs to manage their teams. In addition, Glen has found a way to make the college recruiting process, both for athletes and college coaches, more efficient.

An avid sportsman, biker, and athlete, Dave brings innovative ideas and concepts to our growing base of PANDA Stronger customers. A founding member of the management team, Dave helps deliver quality content and customer support to our clients and partners.

Grant Mckinniss, Manager
Grant is a former Division 1 athlete who played college football at both the University of Kentucky and the University of Missouri. Over his collegiate career, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology in addition to a Master's degree in Positive Coaching and Athletic Leadership. After his playing career, Grant founded his own kicking
Grant is a former Division 1 athlete who played college football at both the University of Kentucky and the University of Missouri. Over his collegiate career, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology in addition to a Master's degree in Positive Coaching and Athletic Leadership. After his playing career, Grant founded his own kicking and punting training program where he coached high school and college athletes. Additionally, he also previously worked in sales for a rapidly growing logistics company and was a Special Teams Analyst for two seasons at Eastern Michigan University. With a deep passion for sports, he draws on his experiences as both an athlete and coach to understand the dedication and discipline required for success.
