PANDA Stronger User Data Policy

At PANDA Stronger, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal data is handled securely. This User Data Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use the PANDA Stronger application. By using the app, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Data Collection

We collect the following types of information when you use the PANDA Stronger app:

• Personal Information: Name, email address, date of birth, gender, and any other data you provide during registration.
• Workout Data: Information about your workouts, metrics, and progress related to athletic performance.
• Social Posting (Optional): PANDA Stronger maintains an internal social media tool where users can posts text messages, videos, and photos. These are shared with only those users who you have shared your profile. This information is uploaded into the      app at the discretion of the user and can be deleted, edited, or modified by the user who added the information.
• Location Data (Optional): In account settings, you decide if you want to put in your location information, but we do not use location information to determine usage of the application.
• Other Optional Information:

  • Physical Information
  • Athletic Competitive information
  • Game highlights and workout videos to corroborate your athletic history.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

We use the data collected to:

• Create and manage your PANDA  Stronger account and profile.
• Track your athletic progress and provide personalized workout recommendations.
• Quantify your athleticism and  rank your performance against other athletes and users.
• Improve the app’s functionality and user experience.
• Provide analytics to athletes,  coaches, and recruiters to assess performance metrics.
• Send you notifications, updates,  and relevant content regarding your performance, team activities, workouts,  and recruiting opportunities.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share fitness analytic information in the following cases:

• With Coaches and Recruiters: To enable college and professional scouts to view workout metrics and evaluate your performance (with your consent).
• Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party vendors or SDKs who help us operate and improve the app (e.g., cloud storage services, chat notification tools, text editors, tutorials, etc). While we may use SDKs, we do not allow them to use any data for any other purposes other than making our user’s experience with the application more efficient and efficient. Our SDK providers do not sell personal and sensitive data from our application.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law or in response to legal proceedings, we may disclose your data.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption and secure storage behind a Microsoft password protected firewall. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

5. Deceptive Behavior

If at any time you suspect inappropriate or deceptive behavior within the software, notify our team at customersupport@parcsports.com. Our team will take the appropriate action necessary to try to protect your data and your account. We do our best to respond within 24 hours of the email notification.

6. Your Data and Communication Rights

You have the following rights concerning your personal data:

• Access: The user controls whether to make their data private or public. Our privacy settings are controlled through the Account Settings module. Personal data, especially that which is  optional, is all controlled and managed by the account settings.
• Corrections: You can request corrections to any inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletions: You may delete your account and associated data at any time.
• Opt-out: You can opt out of receiving promotional communications and certain data collection features.  You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message or by updating your communication preferences in your profile settings. • By providing your mobile number during account registration or use of our services, you consent to receive SMS (text) messages from Parc Sports LLC d/b/a PANDA Stronger related to your account activity, team updates, scheduling notifications, registration reminders, and service announcements. Message frequency will vary based on your participation and preferences. Standard message and data rates may apply.
• We use Twilio (a trusted third-party service provider) to deliver SMS communications. Twilio processes your phone number solely to facilitate message delivery and does not use your information for any other purpose. Their privacy policy can be found at https://www.twilio.com/legal/privacy.
• We do not send promotional or marketing text messages to children under the age of 13, in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Text messages are directed to parents, guardians, or authorized adult users associated with a child’s account.
• We will never share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. SMS communications are used strictly for operational and account-related purposes unless otherwise specified and consented.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days unless required to retain it by legal obligations.

8. Changes to the Policy

We may update this User Data Policy from time to time. If we make any significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of the app after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
