PANDA STRONGER™ PRIVACY POLICY
In this document: “Us,” “Our,” and “We” means Parc Sports, LLC (d/b/a PANDA Stronger) and “You” and “Your” means you, the user.
This Privacy Policy will tell you what information we collect about you and about your use of PANDA Stronger™ (the “App”) and its services. It will explain the choices you have about how your personal information is used and how we protect that information. You should read this Privacy Policy carefully. Parents or legal guardians of users under the age of thirteen (13) are directed to review this Privacy Policy in addition to Section 7 regarding personal information of their children using the App and various consents they must provide.
This Privacy Policy applies to the App on any and all mobile platforms and all associated websites owned and/or maintained by us.
1. Types of Information Collected. Because of the interactive nature of the App, we collect different types of personal information that come from a variety of sources. The following list is the personal information (“Personal Information”) we collect from you once you create an account on our App:

Before users create and share Personal Information, it is very important to review our Terms and Conditions for guidelines on the acceptable use of our App. Violations of our Terms and Conditions are taken very seriously and may be grounds for suspension or deletion of a user’s account.

It will be used to foster communication between other users and to share user content. On the App, users will be able to:

If you do not want your Personal Information used as provided in this Privacy Policy, you should not use the App. You can also update any Personal Information you have submitted by contacting us using the contact information listed in Section 8 or updating your account on the App. If you have made an account and desire to delete any of your Personal Information you can do any of the following: 1) edit your profile to delete or modify the information, 2) change your privacy settings to control what information is available, or 3) delete your account. If you delete your account, all information related to you and your profile will be removed from the system and database. You may also contact us using the information in Section 8 to request additional support. You should be aware that it is not technologically possible to remove each and every record of the Personal Information you have provided from our servers.

5. Changes to Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change or modify this Privacy Policy and any changes will be effective upon being posted unless we advise otherwise. If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy we will notify you by email (sent to the email address specified when you register) and/or through the App. We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy for the latest information on our privacy practices. If you do not accept the terms of this Privacy Policy, we ask that you do not register with us and/or use the App. Please delete the App from your mobile device immediately if you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
6. Cookies. In order to provide you with a personalized experience, the App may set and access cookies on your mobile device. This may include access to device identifiers such as IP address, browser version, OS type and version, and device provided identifiers. Some of these identifiers may be utilized internally to improve access to the App. Once you log into the App, we may recognize your device, independent of your device settings to maintain ease of access to your study and desired settings.
7. Sharing of Personal Information. We do not disclose any Personal Information to third parties except to comply with legal requirements. In the event of a merger with or sale of our company to another party, we reserve the right to transfer your Personal Information to the new party in control or the party acquiring assets. In the event of such a change, your Personal Information will continue to be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy as amended in accordance with Section 4.
When registering children for youth sports club or school teams, make sure you read through the registration and organization requirements before sharing or uploading data.
8. Additional Privacy Policy Information for Use of the App by Children under the Age of 13
Our App is intended for users aged 13 and above. If we discover that a child has provided personal information without parental consent, we will take steps to remove such data.
In some instances, users of the App may be under the age of 13. These are “Minor Subscribers” as defined in the Terms and Conditions. We take your children’s privacy of their Personal Information very seriously. It is our policy to limit the use and collection of Personal Information from Minor Subscribers by limiting the functionalities and access of the software. This information is provided to you in conformity with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (“COPPA”). This information is in addition to Section 1 through 6 above.

For children under 13 we maintain a strict and standard policy. Children under 13 are blocked from having a public profile which means they cannot have their profile viewed by other users, nor can they view or publicly post videos, photos, or any other content to other users. Additionally, the application blocks any other users from accessing any information about the child under 13 unless they are their team coach or teammate.

Parents or legal guardians may request a review of your child’s Personal Information and online activity, and, if you choose, request that we stop making further use of your child’s Personal Information. You may contact us via Section 9 below. We only require that a Minor Subscriber disclose the minimum information necessary for a Minor Subscriber to create an account and utilize the App’s services especially as it relates to a school team or youth sports club organization.

Our intention is not to disclose a Minor Subscriber’s Personal Information other than as specified in Section 4 above.
